The most important thing for me is my morning routine. I break it into sections. And, I not only have this written down, I have one word routine reminders. It goes something like this.
- Pills - pray - bed - read Take my morning pills, pray, make my bed, and read 15 minutes
- Animals - waterfalls - toilets - laundry Feed the animals, ck the waterfalls, swish the toilets . . . . . you get the idea.
- Eat, Email, Mail, Mop.
If I get distracted, like I am right now by writing this blog. I can run through quickly to see where I'm at. ie. hmmmm what should I do now. Lets see . . . Pills pray bed read, animals, waterfalls . . . oh yah . . . I need to clean the toilets.
Ok, bye now. I guess I'll go clean my toilets.
